Carmody to remain at the helm of Clare Camogie
Clare Camogie Board is delighted to announce the ratification at the October County Board meeting of John Carmody as Senior & Intermediate manager for the next two years.
The Kilmaley man and his backroom team took charge of both the Senior and Premier Junior teams for the 2023 season.
The senior side had mixed fortunes in both league and championship, but retained their Division 1A and senior status for 2024.
Carmody steered his junior charges to League success against Antrim in April and delighted thousands of Clare supporters when he lead them to Premier Junior All Ireland glory at Croke Park in August against a strong Tipperary opposition.
John is currently finalising his backroom team which will be confirmed at a later date.
We wish John all the very best in the upcoming season.
